Customer service reached out to me for clarification when I had made a mistake on my request. I had reversed length and width. I am so glad they reached out, or I would have a hard time removing the cushion from the narrow end for cleaning. I am entirely satisfied!

I ordered several cushions for my outdoor furniture. They are all excellent quality. The website is very clear at reminding people about how to measure. There are many options to choose from. One of my cushions had a slight nick in the fabric. I sent photos in to customer service. Victoria was very helpful and professional. The cover was promptly replaced. This company delivers on quality and customer service. It comes at a price. But I think it’s worth it.
