Managing to look both sophisticated and stylish, our traditional custom chair pads are ideal for home, office or outdoors. Create your own style by choosing from hundreds of our fabrics, or we can customize your chair pad with your own fabric. Our custom cushions can be made for indoor or outdoor use, and your choice of ties can be added to make your new cushion perfect for you. Measurements are taken from corner seam to corner seam and do not include thickness of welting.

Our economical chair pads work best for aesthetic purposes. If you are looking for comfort, we recommend our chair cushions instead.

Single Welting
Cushion will have single welting (cording/piping) along the seam. All welting is cut on the bias, giving it an angled appearance. Welting Cut on the Bias
No Welting
Cushion will not have any welting (cording/piping) along the seam.
Cushion Height
Measure the height of the cushion as the bottom to top measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.
Cushion Depth
Measure the depth of the cushion at the deepest point as the front to back measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only.
Cushion Width
Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Directional fabrics will run from front to back (top to bottom)

Our pads are only offered in a 2" thickness. However, our cushions are available up to 8" thick.
Knife Edge
Cushion will have a single seam around the edges and is only available in a limited number of thicknesses.
Medium Foam (Indoor)
Foam fill is recommended for indoor or protected outdoor applications since water may be retained in the foam cushion for longer periods of time.
*Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1" greater than your specified thickness, as the insert's thickness is slightly larger, making sure you get that taut, filled effect.
Reticulated Foam (Indoor/Outdoor)
Reticulated foam is a porous, low-density foam. Lightweight and mildew resistant, reticulated foam is an excellent choice for outdoor settings.
*Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1" greater than your specified thickness, as the insert's thickness is slightly larger, making sure you get that taut, filled effect.

Pinched
Pinched connection uses a seam sewn in the middle to connect your cushions. This method is available on cushions up to 4" thick.
