If your chair has a unique shape, we can make a custom cushion for it! Many chairs, such as patio chairs with notches and most types of Adirondack chairs, are best made using a template, as these cushions are typically different from the normal, square-edge range of chair cushions. It's important that these unique-shaped chair seat and back cushion sets are custom made for your furniture to ensure a great fit and sophisticated style for years of use.

After you place your order (using the closest approximate dimensions possible), simply make a cushion template, and our experienced sewing department will make your chair seat and back set to your specifications. You will need to make sure your template is accurate. We recommend placing the template on your chair to make sure it fits properly. Measurements do not include thickness of welting.

Double Welting
Cushion will have double welting (cording/piping) along the seams. All welting is cut on the bias, giving it an angled appearance. Welting Cut on the Bias

Cushion Height
Measure the height of the cushion as the bottom to top measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.
Cushion Depth
Measure the depth of the cushion at the deepest point as the front to back measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only.
Cushion Width
Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

CumuPlush (Indoor/Outdoor)
CumuPlush fill is a special layered blend of dry conjugate fiber and densified polyfiber designed to not retain water and resist mildew. This filling is recommended for outdoor applications and may also be used indoors. More Info

Medium Foam (Indoor)
Foam fill is recommended for indoor or protected outdoor applications since water may be retained in the foam cushion for longer periods of time.

Reticulated Foam (Indoor/Outdoor)
Reticulated foam is a porous, low-density foam. Lightweight and mildew resistant, reticulated foam is an excellent choice for outdoor settings.

Pinched connection uses a seam sewn in the middle to connect your cushions. This method is available on cushions up to 4" thick.
Joining Piece
Joining Piece connection uses a flap of fabric to connect your cushions. The flap size is the same thickness as the cushion, which allows you to place the back on top of the bottom, and to also fold it.
Unjoined
Unjoined means your cushions will not be connected. You will receive separate cushions.
