Product Overview

Our deluxe ottoman cushions can be uniquely made for you. These come with standard fill using batting on the bottom and top to give you a plush feel and a crowned look. You choose the fabric, welting, and thickness you want; all designed to fit your unique-shaped ottoman. Because your ottoman does not meet our standard shapes online, you will need to mail us a template. Our seasoned sewers can make virtually any shape cushion, but you will need to make sure your template is accurate. We recommend placing your created template on your ottoman to make sure it fits properly. Whether you plan to use your ottoman indoors or out let us provide the highest quality custom-made deluxe ottoman cushion that will last many years.

The zipper will be located on the lower seam. Measurements do not include thickness of welting.

Double Welting
Cushion will have double welting (cording/piping) along the seams. All welting is cut on the bias, giving it an angled appearance. Welting Cut on the Bias

Cushion will not have any welting (cording/piping) along the seams.
Cushion Width
Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.
Cushion Depth
Measure the depth of the cushion at the deepest point as the front to back measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only.

Directional fabrics will run from front to back (top to bottom)

Directional fabrics will run from side to side (left to right)

Box Edge
Cushion will have a seam around the top and bottom edges and is available in a broader range of thicknesses.
CumuPlush + Batting (Indoor/Outdoor)
This filling is recommended for outdoor applications and may also be used indoors. CumuPlush is a special layered blend of dry conjugate fiber and densified polyfiber designed to not retain water and resist mildew. Batting is added to the top and bottom of the CumuPlush to give the cushion an elegant, rounded look. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1 inch greater than your specified thickness. More Info

Foam fill is only recommended for indoor applications since water may be retained in the foam for longer periods of time. Batting is added to the top and bottom of the foam to give the cushion an elegant, rounded look. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam.
